Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Overview
Infonova Solutions Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates ZovoNotes, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool. This privacy policy explains how we handle data when you use our software and visit our website.
2. Clinical Data Processing
ZovoNotes records audio in the browser and transmits it via encrypted connection (TLS) to our UK-hosted processing servers for transcription and clinical note generation. Audio recordings are deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We do not store patient data long-term. Generated clinical notes are returned to the clinician's browser and stored locally on their device.
3. Website Data
When you visit zovonotes.com, we may collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, device type, browser) through our hosting provider, Vercel. No personally identifiable information is collected without your explicit consent.
4. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
Audio recordings are processed in real time and are not retained after processing completes. Generated clinical notes are stored both in the clinician's browser and on our servers so they persist across sessions and devices. The clinician can export or permanently delete their notes at any time from Settings; deletion removes them from both the browser and our servers.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. Since we do not retain clinical data after processing, these rights apply primarily to any account or contact information you provide to us directly. For any data-related requests, please contact us at the address below.
